Akazuki is a Japanese company, based in Japan in Fukuoka and in 2018 we created a company in France (SARL Shirotsuki) to be able to be closer to our European customers.

We have two types of services to offer you:
1) Website dedicated to professionals
a) Registration and use
We have a website dedicated to professionals: shirotsuki.fr where the stock is entirely in France. All you need to do is create an account and you will have access to the entire catalog and prices excluding VAT.
The purchasing conditions are simple. There is a minimum order of 150 € HT and a flat rate fixed port of 19 €.
b) Rules
You can pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.
We accept transfers within 15 days for customers who have already ordered and who request it. All you have to do is choose the bank transfer option.
c) Delivery
The shipping costs are a fixed flat rate of 19 € for metropolitan France.
Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 5 business days.
The articles available on our site are mentioned as such. However, if a difference in inventory does not allow delivery of one or more items, we will communicate this to you by email as soon as possible.
The delivery period may be extended and this appropriately in the event of force majeure preventing delivery, in particular, in the event of a strike, natural disaster, shortage of raw material, prevention of operation or difficulty of transport. We cannot be held responsible for these events and their influence on the delivery time of these packages. A case of force majeure does not constitute a right to terminate the sales contract.
d) Complaints and returns
Some of our products may present irregularities, differences in format and / or colors which are the guarantee of their manufacture by hand. These irregularities cannot be considered as a major defect or a manufacturing defect.
The customer has seven days after receipt of his order to make a complaint or request a return.
To return a product, the customer sends an e-mail, indicating his name, first name, telephone number, order number, reason for the return, proof of the non-conformity of the product. Products are only taken back on an exceptional basis and after prior agreement.
When delivering the package, it is imperative to check the condition of the package and if necessary indicate any damage, breakage, or other problems with precision on the delivery slip before signing so that the carrier's insurance can take care of the damage. In case of doubt about the condition of the package, the deliveryman has the obligation to allow you to make a quick check. When receiving a package, you must also check the contents of the package and notify us of any shortages or errors in delivery immediately.
2) Import and delivery from Japan
If you are looking for products that are neither on the site nor in the catalog, we have a much more varied offer from Japan.
You have access to many catalogs of Japanese suppliers. These are catalogs intended for Japanese professionals and therefore are in yen and names are in Japanese. The sizes are in cm and the capacity in cc (identical to ml).
It is very important to note the name of the catalog as well as the reference of the product that interests you.
Regarding prices, it depends on the delivery method.
a) Direct shipment
We can send you the products at any time and have an estimate made with the delivery costs (Express, airmail eco, SAL, ship, etc.).
b) Shipping by container
We send containers from Japan to our warehouses in France twice a year. You can then take advantage of very attractive prices. You will find the explanations and the catalogs by CLICKING HERE.
There is a 30% deposit to be paid at the time of ordering and, between order and delivery, there is a minimum of 3 months. It takes 2 months for the container trip and a good month to order the products, package them, load them into the container and prepare the documents related to international transport.
Also be aware that some products are only produced after the order has been placed and this also takes time.
